Problems: 

(i) Recovering from DECam ICS stoppage at 4.20 pm meant we started 20 min late

(ii) Dome encoder lost communication to the TCS, lost 45 min rebooting computers etc.  JIRA written.

Comments: 

No afternoon calibrations taken due to DECam ICS failures.  Thanks to Humberto and Rodrigo for leading the revival.   CCD temperaturee stable by 0100 UT.  Apparent vapor lock on the LN2 supply side of the Imager clared at the time of the dome shutters being opened.  If the LN2 pump needs to be restarted iat any time in the future, best to have the telescope at the NW platform and not at the zenith.
