*Conditions*
# Conditions have been pretty constant for most of the evening, with
low wind through out the night (2-7 mph).
# Observation started with seeing on the DIMM between 0.7-1.2 and get higher 
~1.70 for about half an hour, then back again to 0.7-1.1, at the end of the 
night, seeing remained around 0.89. Varing FWHM 0.68-1.165 with a median 
value 1.08 and RMS 0.18 from QuickRed.
