# 10:30pm winds average > 10 mph and we are putting up wind screen

# Seeing started out at 1.1 during first quarter of the night and improved to 1.0 during the second quarter. At around 12:30am seeing brifly deteriorated to about 2. Seeing improved again at 1am

 

# Seeing according to QR ranged between 0.8-1.2", averaging around 1.0"
