Comments: 

Clouds were present all night long, specially S and E, where most survey observations were carried out. Seeing started above 2" but decreased with time, reaching 1" level by 03:00 local time. Wind increased steadly during the night. Louver dome windows were closed at 0:15 local time. Dome windscreens were raised at 3:45 local time.
