Problems:

SISPI interlock broke at 5:45am; tried various resets (OCS role, then general reset, then configure...) none worked.  Tried restarting SISPI.  It came back, but about 30s after configuring the interlock broke again, this time with a mention of DECal.  Called David James at 0.9m (fortunately).  He reset DECal.  We tried just running Configure but that didn't work, so we restarted SISPI again and that worked.

Note: in the TigerVNC window, we noticed that the six PANVIEW windows are coming up all stacked on top of one another, not spread out as they usually are. Significant????
