# Dome - The difference between "Dome Az" and "Tel Az" has been quite large for\
several exposures, going up to a separation of ~40deg (see plot in logbook ent\
ry 140579). This causes frequent alarms and pupil occlusion.
## Obvious pupil occlusion found via visual inspection of FN1-4 and FS1-4 chips\
in exposures: 260121,130,131,134,142,143,144,145,156-159,239,264,270,271,293,2\

## Communicated problem to telops and contected TCS support in La Serena. Cause\
of this problem is unclear. We will followup on this issue.
# Guider - "lost guider" alarm came up in several exposures, e.g.: 260133-34. T\
his happens a few times per night. Reason is unknown.
# Shutter - We had a silent shutter error, in which interlocks were broken and \
data taking stopped. The problem had happened before (see logbook entry 139861 \
from 12/02/2013) and we repeated the procedure to solve it: asked Claudio to pr\
ess the write switch in the shutter vi. We then re-configured the system and re\
sumed obstac observations.
