Problems: 

Observer Console GUI timed out twice during the night.

Their were ~10 incidences when the guider failed to pick up guide stars in the crowded fields. 

Chris Lidman noticed a bug in the scripts editor -- when entering a dither step in RA, the scripts editor does not calculate the cosine delta in right ascension when determining the appropriate offset.  Can this be quickly fixed?  Otherwise it would be good to put a caveat about this in the scripts editor documentation.  Maybe this bug is why the "Center CCD" in the scripts editor does not work correctly?

When an observer logs into the night report with the generic "astronomer" login, they do not have permissions to edit an already started night report.  When there are two half nights with different observers, this makes it impossible to submit a complete night report from both halfs.  In this case, I (Andrea) have my own CTIO webpage login and am able to edit the report and include Chris's comments from the second half of the night.
