Problems: 

Problems began with zoom (internet) connection around 3:30 local time.  It stabilized at 4:00 local time.

 

Went down again around 05:00 local, but was fixed by Kathy V. and Roberto A..

Comments: 

Program 2024B-405106 lost one hour at the begining of the night because the SMC was over the hour angle limits.  This program also lost time between 23:50-00:25 for a ToO interrupt.

The first ToO was not performed by DESGW and does not appear to appear in this night report.
