DECaLS 2014B-0404: just a remote observing note. the automated observing scripts (decbot and copilot) are run inside the declsp vnc.

We are curious why the Quick Reduce running PSF plot stopped adding points from the DIMM between about 05:00UTC and 07:00UTC.
