Comments: 

First half: Less fun night than the last two.  Started with clear skies overhead and good seeing, reaching <0.9".  Then around 1:00 thin cirrus blanketed the sky until 3:00.  At 3:00 some cirrus was still visible in the webcam covering the sky, but very thin; remainder of night was clear.  I've allocated the cirrus to Q2 below, but the bad conditions straddled Q1 & Q2 pretty well.
