Comments: 

Engineering Night.       Tachometer o-ring replaced during the day.  Tracking improved and then tested by German.   Pointing now median of 15 arcsec absolute, across the sky, Tested effiociency exposure to exposure with a 2 deg slew in between.  Looks like we can set the 5s delay to 0, from a quick analysis by Kevin Reil.  Took a symap with donuts on the focal plane and the M1 trim off.
