configure - optimal transition from one configuration to
another
SYNOPSIS
configure [-cpu] targetsfile [threshold]
DESCRIPTION
This command determines the best set of moves to make a
transition from the current configuration to a new one. It
uses a file containing the new coordinates for the fibers.
By default this file is of type NFHF but option -c can be
used to accept a script file. The default paths for
searching for the specified targefile are the ones in
environment variables "FIBFIELDS" and "FIBSCRIPTS".
OPTIONS
-c The specified targetsfile contains a list of com-
mands of type "move fiberid xcoord ycoord" specify-
ing the new desired positions.
-p Do not park the unused fibers
-u Specified a threshold in steps units to decide if
we must move the fibers to the new desired posi-
tion.
