Problems: 

After adding a leading "S" to the object names, I no longer had issues with the headers not being written, which is good! I am still puzzled as to why it happened.

For the last hour of observing, we noticed that the background level on the two chips were fairly different and it was most noticeable on the slit images and the spectra. Please see n5.62091 (spectrum) and n5.62090 (slit image) as examples. Since we were close to finish, I decided to just keep going. Hopefully this is something that can be adressed without much disruption.
