The FITS headers were not been recorded properly in the science spectra. All the computers were rebooted and COSMOS was power cycled. After it came back, there was a high background noise so another power cycle was done. We've lost about 1.25h in this process.
After that, the first 3 science spectra still had the issue in the header. However, at some point everything was magically resolved (I really don't know what happened, but things worked properly until the end of the night). I checked all the headers since and they all look as expected. CCDPROC ran without issues.
At the very end of the night, when running the TARC script, the DHS got stuck in "waiting for the data" (one of the six squares on the bottom disappeared). I tried to start a new exposure but then a "GENERIC ERROR" appeared on the status box of the NOCS NMSL. Claudio turned off the lamp and I left the interface as it was, hope it is not an issue.
