xstowed - update button location to stowed position

SYNOPSIS

       xstowed button

DESCRIPTION

       This  procedure  force  the  software  to update a buttons
       location to be the stowed position. If the specified  but-
       ton  happens to be the current button in troubles then its
       trouble condition is cleared.
