#09:30pm Clear sky. Quite windy at beginning of the night with wind speeds averaging 15 mph. Will wait with wind screen until after standards, though.
#09:50pm Raising wind screen
#01:00am Wind speed has been steady at 13-15 mph. DIMM seeing 0.7 on average; dome seeing(QR) around 1 arcsec.
#02:00am Thin clouds at low elevation in the east. Winds still averaging 13mph
