TCS Technical Issue at 4:08 UTC lasted for 8 minutes.

The database entry for Pandey program had a special character in the program field that made SISPI unhappy and the images were not delivered. Guillermo updated the database and everything worked well after a SISPI restart. 45 minutes lost in total. 

Comments: 

ToO observed from 5:15 local time until the end of the night.
