Comments: 

NOTE: reporting wind speed in MPH (1m/s = 2.23694 mph.) Current webpage give it in m/s.
HIP011707 and TIC98794593 not reachable at the scheduled time (too low), observed them 'later'. Repeated other targets to use the available time while waiting.
Program completed with the Sun at -9.0 degrees of altitude.
