Problems: 

Beginning of night, failure of TCS, rebooted heurikon. Lost 80 minutes.

Comments: 

DIMM down most of the night (N wind), seeing between ~ 4 and 1.0 ["] (started really bad.)
File 1118, ThAr NOT requested looks like a bias. Instead 'lamp_check' says 'Slicer_iout'. ?
Skipped (time!) please reschedule:  HR5049, G2K001598, 120247528, TYC_7015-00985-1.
Dome North lamp is broken. A/C unit have a 'pitch' sound and smells a bit strange.
