- 01:08 Fails to START integration of NOS line #6, T0170729775. Re SEND does not connect to the TCS. Rebooted OPTGUI ("wait port 5325") and restarted NOS, OK. Found in 0804_ios.log "Setting CHIRON TCS slew RA DEC and Epoch ... ERROR : TIMEOUT on reply from module : TCSPANVIEW_SendCommand.viTCSPanvew_Questions.viTCSPANVIEW_Device.vi" Plus, log 0642: "ERROR command INIT rejected on state IDLE"+"setting detetcor speed ... ERROR 111 writing_message ... positioning slicer motor to slicer position" Noted that the logs timestamps are"reversed".
- 01:32 UT fails to START on T0001167538, this time rebooted CHIRON twice, ok.

- Found A/C unit at 35C, AUTO mode. Set it to 18C, COLD mode but, apparently the power is less than expected and even at 10C, the room feels warm (the cold does not reach the Heurikon rack.)
- G2K000185 first pointed to the bright SW component and then to the faint NE.
- G2K001091 'bright' star with a very near faint NW companion.
- File 1140, exposure did not stop on THRESHOLD. File 1141 THRESHOLD worked OK!
- File 1147, telescope jumps ~10 arcsec N for some seconds end of integration.
- No time for HR 5049 = 67 Mus T2. Last integration ended with Sun at -10.6 degrees of elevation.
