Problems: 

We identified a diagonal striping pattern starting around exposure ~50634 whenever the slit was being used (i.e., the slit image as well as the spectra). As per Sean's recommendation, we tried to restart the software but that did not solve the issue.

The COSMOS DHS software failed on readout once during the night and had to be rebooted.
