Nearly 1.5 hours lost to TCS problem - started with loss of dome control, then comms problems, finally resolved by repeated restarts of TCS kernel machine.

If this works, I have now managed to publish two reports for one night - I wrote this in the first half of the night, assuming the second half people would edit it, but they have succeeded in generating a second entry which I thought was not possible.
