Problems: 

Chip N10 has the same problem as last week which emerged in the previous night during the second half of the night while DES observations were being taken. The chip could not be repaired for tonight.

[Additional text r.e. dome occlusions was lost due to restarting the form; don't believe any were serious.]

Comments: 

Midpoint handover again accomplished without stopping the queue.

Program 2018B-0108 was observed during the DES time.
