Problems: 

I observed from La Serena. At ~5:30 am LT, after restarting Safari I was unable to gain observer access to SISPI.  I did the usual procedure of requesting observer control but Alberto got no request to authorize.  As the queue was full of the rest of the night, and we were observing,  we just continued without making any changes.

At the end of the night Alberto had to use the release master console command as he also couldnt make changes in SISPI.
