Problems: 

The guider could not be placed into proper focus.  The guider is at a limit where it cannot move in the direction necessary to focus.  We are alble to guide on the out-of-focus images and will continue in that mode for the f/8 block.

Comments: 

Observed for SIlveberg proposal (time requested 0.2 night).  Rest of night spent updating the f/8 pointing map with M2 active and not active.
