TCS error at start of night. Attempted to slew to standards. Slew took long time, never reached standards, TCS crashed. Not able to get good pointing after TCS restart. Regained pointing after bright star acquired. First obstac exposure at 01:30, 30 minutes after nominal start of obstac. Possible cause: dome driver not enabled at start of night due to earlier work in dome. Hence no start of night standards.
