Problems: 

From 6/20: Early in the night, we had a hang up where TS4 kept taking the final image of a set, but didn't write it out.  This was easily fixed by restarting the TS4 software.  No other problems during the night.

For 6/21: We ran into a strange issue.  For frame #666, the instrument wrote both the A and B beams.  It then crashed on 667.

Note:  I am aware that the date is wrong.  It wouldn't let me submit this with 6/21 as the date.
