Opened at UT01:40 humidity had dropped to acceptable levels and was stable

Closed at UT03:05 due to low clouds

Opened at UT05:45 with clear skies

Observations taken:

~2 hours, repayment to Rest programs (2016A-0189)

~1 hour, repayment to Bechtol program (in advance, 2016A-0366)

~50 min, repayment to Deboer program (in advance, 2016A-0068)

Comment: 
For some parts of the night, remnants of the weather system that has kept domes closed for the past week, were too nearby to open the dome. There was a time we could open in the first half of the night, but low clouds returned after a few hours. After midnight the skies cleared and remained clear.
