Problems: 

Minor - initially could not display images with load from kentools because of some MIT MAGIC COOKIE error and not being able to connect to display on localhost:2, even though ds9 was running (so not an xserver). 
Got some new keeper links and that seemed to sort it out. Keeper was unstable with several disconnects, but reconnected quicky, and the queue was loaded, so no time lost.
