Problems: 

When starting Keeper at the beginning of the second half of the night, something failed on the first attempt and we had the same situation as Tuesday night when images were landing on observer2, but not observer4.  Since we need images on Observer4 in order to send them to Melbourne, we restarted SISPI as we did on Tuesday.  This restart seemed to be very slow.  1/2 hour lost
