Slight issue with dome in evening twilight so couldn't get to the Sheppard program asteroid fields in time to complete all.
Weird issue - typing in godb in either a new terminal in VNC or after logging in on ssh - "Command not found."
I poked around and found that godb is just an alias to `source ~/skent/godb.setup` but running that prompted for a root password which neither Claudio or Wilson knew.
The same thing happens when trying `~/annis/Navigation/godb.sh`.
Wilson suggested restarting observer2, but I wanted to confirm this would not stop the observing queue i.e. if SISPI is running on/depends on observer2 in any way.
According to Wilson, SISPI may be connected/running on observer2 from checking processes with top. He suggested I check with Claudio.
Neither Wilson or Claudio were 100% certain that restarting observer2 wouldn't impact SISPI.
Since observations are going smoothly and conditions are good, we decided to wait until the end of the night when observations are done to restart observer2, and hope that fixes the godb issue.
It seems clear that something in the unix environment isn't set correctly on login (since also happens over ssh), as godb isn't even found - i.e. some file hasn't been sourced to set an alias, or something isn't in $PATH.
This is definitely a new error for us - advice on what to do if the situation reoccurs welcome!
No time lost, so no real issue - data looks very good tonight - but figured this still counts as a problem.
