Problems: 

Strange problem at ~7:45 UT, exp #1029148 and subsequent. 
Stars became triangles, but 4MAP showed no errors, instead hexapod started timing out. 
Went to zenith, reset TCS, 4MAP.
Took several images, things got normal again. 
Hypothesize problem was with 4MAP, and AOS got confused by the wild images and drove the hexapod to large corrections which took too long to apply, hence the timeouts.
