Comments: 

At the beginning of the night, the connection between CTIO and remote observing at Fermilab was also slow. Around 23:45UTC Larissa was not able to use kentools, ssh into observer2, and the SISPI window was no longer working. Observations were stopped at 23:50 UTC to restart SISPI. Observations resumed at 00:42 UTC.
