Problems: 

r filter failed to insert at calibrations and for observations.   For the latter  power-cycle of FCM plus restart SISPI needed.  So after doing z band when the Moon was up, got r inserted and stayed with it until twilight when chnaged back to z.   Klaus provided an archirect console command that will force the filters out without checking status, at 1 am.  Need to test.
