Poor weather. We had thick cirrus all night long, with transparency=0 for several hours of the night

We used DECam and the dome stayed open all night long, but about half of the images we took are worthless. Hence we are counting this as 50% weather loss.
Instrument and telescope worked very well, and the technical and observing support was excellent as usual!
