Problems: 

DECam was not receiving SISPI commands.

Comments: 

 Telescope Operators worked to solve the problem with SISPI from 2pm.

From Alastair W: "pipeline4 showed lots of problems during the day and there were a couple of kernel error messages when being started up now [at ~11pm]." On his suggestion, pipeline 4 was not used and then SISPI came up: architect -c DES_nopipeline4.ini"

We managed to have our first exposure at 00:24am (local time).
