Wind Screen operable again, and stowed. Thanks.

UT 01:11 M1 goes off air during (remote) decal scan. Stop and move to zenith. DJ reports issue with decal sys, will stop for night now. 

Comments: 

flatCheck shows r band counts somewhat low. 1100 vs 1600 nominal. VR only 1800 vs 2500 nominal. Brian says this not unusual.

It would be very nice to produce TASCA movies agaiin.
