*Conditions*
# Conditions have been pretty constant for most of the evening, low wind but variable seeing.
# The night started with seeing on the DIMM at ~2.2, decrease to 0.9 at 11:30LT, then back to 1.5 at 1:00LT, at 2:30LT the seeing was 0.9. At the end of the night, the seeing was 0.67. Varing FWHM 0.7-2.75 with a median value of 1.16 and RMS 0.41 via quickRed.

*A bright comet seen today Dec. 27, at RA=5:37 and Dec~-28, in exposure 3992106 (DES survey hex 843-268 tiling 3). The comet is C/2014 Q2 (Lovejoy), it was 5.6 mag. last Dec 20. (http://www.aerith.net/comet/catalog/2014Q2/2014Q2.html)*
