While slewing to the first of our morning standard stars, an error occurred (05:34 local) that halted the telescope before it reached the field. TelOps support indicated that the cause of the problem is not currently fixed, and has either submitted or will submit a separate report (we did not understand to where).

We define low wind as <8 mph; medium as 8 - 15 mph; and high as >15mph
First hour of the night had 10mph winds, dropping rapidly to 3mph. So first quarter night was, on average, low wind.
