Problems: 

Observer console window very slow to respond at start of night, and it hung a couple of times, but fixed by just reloading.
We were pointing pretty far north and at high airmass and found that the pointing errors accumulated quickly, roughly 10" every 4 min.
No major problems. (Oh yes - the moon is too bright! ;)

None. Support was excellent and DECam is a pleasure to use.
