Problems: 

At approximately 2pm local time, we experienced the first of four SISPI failures and were unable to obtain data.  There were repeated OCS and Interlock errors.  Several restarts of SISPI and restarts of the OCS failed to resolve the problem.  Kathy Vivas was called at home and thoroughly troubleshot the problem but was unsuccessful in fixing the problem.  No DECam contacts were available on Skype to help, so at 4am it was decided that we end the observing run.
