Problems: 

When trying to download the quick reduce images from the fits viewer GUI, the "Download Image" button points to an incomplete address:  it tries to access files at  "quick1.ctio.noao.edu/DS/fits_download/data_local/quickreduce/..." but this address is missing an ":8080" after "quick1.ctio.noao.edu". The address should look like "quick1.ctio.noao.edu:8080/DS/fits_download/data_local/quickreduce/...". When this is added in the download proceeds as expected.
