Problems: 

There was a guide star error at ~11.35pm local time.  This wasn't a problem though.

6.20am local time, there was an interlock error, and the whole observer control system had to be reset.  A number of alarms went off and the whole system froze.  Once everything was restarted, it appeared to be OK.
