Problems: 

Never got the Comfort Display to work.  Just put up the web browser view

Could only get GUIs to load from the command line (twice) not from the button

At 5.45 am alarms "waiting for CCDs to digitize".   Restarted the PANs.  PanD would not start.   resrated SISPI.  All worked, but by then it was the end of the night.
