Problems: 

It took some time to coax DECam into life, two separate power cycles of the Monsoon controllers to clear hardware latch-ups and several SISPI restarts. The dry air flow to C5 was increased (33% flow increase), this reduced the measured humidity at the FCM to below 1%.    A few SISPI interlocks broke now and then, image builders had to be restarted was the most common.   See Elog for details.
