Problems:

We had a shutter (ICS status and ICS shutter) hardware error at the beginning of the night.  Javier and Hernan and Claudio responded promptly and recycled the power to the shutter.  One hour lost.

We had one interlock error also at the beginning of the night, TCSINTERFACE error, that was resolved quickly by the "Reset" button.

We had issues with the guider picking up Galaxies to guide on.

We noticed that a large number of our images (~30) had ellipticities > 0.12, and are noticably elongated.  For example, images 207575 and 207576 (these are 75 s Y-band exposures).

Something strange happened with image 107462 -- we saw the guide star jump around and even jump out of the guider view box.  The resulting image is not unsable.  Image 107461 also looks strange.

Comments:
The Exposure Table, which potentially a very useful tool, is quite confusing.  The Exposure Table gui keeps timing out (more than the other guis), and when we refresh it, a random assortment of image names/numbers show up.  For example, the images taken at the beginning of the night are show up as well as the most recent image, but the images in the middle are not listed.  Also, it is unclear how to view *all* the exposures taken during a night.  It would be very useful tool, if one could use the Exposure Table as a log.

One idea would be nice to have soda machine up in the kitchen area.

The control room is cold.  The observers are wearing down coats and hats to stay warm inside the control room.
