Hiccup with DECam at start of night. This is documented in the Dark Energy Camera logbook.
Noticed that the telescope centering error increases steadily with time, with each exposure in a sequence. The RA error increases monotonically. The DEC error also increases monotonically, but the sign changes on either side of transit. We are sending e-mail to Alistair Walker and Chris Smith about this behavior.
Seeing was good tonight, but DECam does not seem to be delivering sub-arcsec images (which we think the site is indeed delivering). Hopefully we are wrong about this!
Otherwise, DECam worked very well and we got lots and lots of excellent data!!
