Problems: 

Initially after slewing to C3 and recentering the offsets were very small but over the course of taking C3 z-band exposures the offsets increased, for example, for exposure: DECam_00173645 the offsets are 12.6'' RA and 8.3''. This would be out of tolerance for the SN exposures.
