Telescope misbehaved tonight!:
* While observing target BU CMii at the beginning of the second exposure (1138), the telescope began to move North-South, I stopped the observation, moved to a close star and the telescope was back to normal. Then I took the 2 remaining images.
* 1:08 LT pointing lost, back to observe at 01:52LT.
* 3:52 LT telescope lost tracking.
I keep seeing the drift to the West, at times even when guiding!
cagvm site for telemetry couldn't be reached at times after ~1:00 LT. We lost access to the noao-south WiFi network intermittently, so that page and others, including the night report couldn’t be accessed from WiFi.
In the ctiomac3 there was no folder for the night, I created the folder and I set the first science image as 1120. It seems there are no afternoon calibrations.
I got the following error message at the beginning of the night. ”GUI ERROR ON COMMAND EXPM SEND …” I re-started the exposure meter.
