Setting the parameters to start the observations I received the message (in local time):
2022-12-08T21:17:12 : SLICER STATUS ERROR
This is the same message than previous night in the fiber mode, this time it happened in the slicer mode. I tried to change manually the mode but I received errors.
I restarted the GUI and observed a couple of targets in Slicer mode, checking the spectra I realized that the features were not the typical for this configuration, for some reason the system was stuck somewhere between slicer and fiber. I tried to fix the problem without success.
I contacted to Marco Bonati looking for help, after some tries he could finally fix he problem, so I was able to observe in Slicer mode (DECKPOS 0.3896) the rest of the night. Many thanks Marco for your support!
